2.Product introduction:

HT-W802 thickening rheological agent is made from high grade natural bentonite(the main content is montmorillonite ) ,which is combined with polyer after modification. It is mainly used to control the thickening, anti-sagging and water retention properties. It owns advantage of less dosage, good water retention, strong thixotropy and excellent anti-sagging property.

Comparing with cellulose ether, it has better anti-sagging property and easier in application. The application of HT-W802 can reduce water content of the system. The water-reducing agent can be eliminated or great reduced in quantity. Besides, HT-W802 has apparent price advantage and even reduce the danger may be caused by using organic substance like cellulose ether. Thus it is good for the environment.

Application&Dosage

Power Addition, dosage depends on the formulation system, the procedures are as follows:

a. water (PH 6-9)

b. HT-W802 (dispersing at high speed for 10minutes)

c. other additive (dispersant, film coalescing aid, antifoamer)

d. pigment and filler

e. emulsion.

f. post adjustment

The addition level depends on test. The addition level in water paint is 0.5～1.5%,and the addition level in mortar system is 1.0～2.0%

3. Packaging and storage

 Kraft bag interior with PE or valve bags are used. The normal package is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃. The quality guarantee period is 24months.
